How Venster School collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
Welcome to Venster School (vensterschool.in). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, interact with our advertisements, or enroll in our programs. Please read this policy carefully. By using our website, you consent to the practices described herein.

02
How We Use Your Information
Venster School uses collected data for the following purposes:
- Responding to admission enquiries and scheduling consultations
- Processing registrations, payments, and enrollment confirmations
- Communicating program updates, fee reminders, and academic notices
- Measuring the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns
- Retargeting website visitors through ads on Google, Meta, and partner networks
- Creating lookalike audiences to reach prospective students similar to existing ones
- Improving our website experience based on behavioral analytics
- Complying with legal obligations under applicable Indian law
03
Advertising & Tracking
We run paid advertising campaigns to promote Venster School programs. These campaigns involve the use of tracking technologies on our website and across partner platforms. Here is how this works:
Ad Platforms We Use:
Conversion Tracking: We use Google Ads Conversion Tracking and the Meta Pixel to record actions you take on our website — such as form submissions, phone number clicks, and page views — after clicking one of our ads. This data helps us measure which campaigns generate actual leads and admissions.
Remarketing: If you visit our website without completing an enquiry, we may show you follow-up advertisements on Google's Display Network, YouTube, or Meta platforms. This is achieved using cookies stored on your device that identify you as a previous visitor.
Audience Matching: We may upload hashed versions of email addresses collected with your consent to Google or Meta to create Custom Audiences. These platforms match your contact details to their user base to serve you relevant ads. Lookalike Audiences may then be built from these lists to reach users with similar profiles.
04
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., session management, form security). Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Placed by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, session duration, bounce rate.
- Advertising Cookies: Placed by Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to track conversions from ads, enable remarketing, and measure campaign reach.
- Preference Cookies: Remember your settings such as language or region selection.
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Disabling advertising cookies will not stop you from seeing our ads — it will make them less relevant to your interests.
We may also use pixel tags (web beacons) in emails to track open rates and link clicks for communication analytics.
05
Third-Party Services
Venster School's website integrates with several third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing data usage:
- Google LLC – Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA. Google Privacy Policy →

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
